Lesson For the Beginners - The Straightforward Mode

One should always learn lessons about the basics of tennis for the beginners. If one learns the basics of tennis with a well qualified professional coach, this will create a strong underpinning for future tennis system. But for the fitness purposes you can have fun with your colleagues or parent.
To learn proper tennis techniques one should follow these simple steps :-
- First of all learn how to hold and bounce the tennis ball. Always bounce it on ground with one hand and grab it again with another hand. Do this process at least 15 to 20 times.
- Your coach or partner should stand about 7 to 8 feet in frontage of you and embark ball towards each other. Do the same process 15 to 20 times.
- Do step 2 but in place of ball use your palm of your dominant hand to tenderly hold and serve the ball towards your partner. Repeat this process at least 10 times.
- As you are a beginner you must concentrate more on holding the tennis not on your grip. The tennis you buy should have good quality strength ( Babolat rackets will be a better idea to purchase as it provide more comfort and strong hold).
- Always start using smaller grip rackets as it is more advisable for beginners.
- Begin your practice without net and your partner standing 7 t0 8 feet on other side. Drop ball with your hand and your partner will knock it back to you with racket.
- Now try to make proper distance between you and your partner (10 to 12 feet).
- Always wear good tennis shoes so that you can’t slip over the surface.
- Now slowly serve the ball towards your partner and try to play and enjoy tennis in a proper manner.
